Vivienne’s manual therapy education began in relaxation massage, which led her to seeking deeper knowledge of human anatomy. She then completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy at RMIT and recently completed a specialised course in dry needling.
Viv is passionate about providing the best quality treatment to help clients reduce their chronic pain, achieve their goals and revitalise their health. This includes connecting with each individual client to provide a unique treatment plan and an at home care toolkit.
Viv takes a holistic approach to health. She utilises an array of techniques within each treatment including: deep tissue manipulation, myofascial release, dynamic muscle release, western-style cupping and dry needling. She is also adept at trigger point therapy, and manual lymphatic drainage.
Viv has been practicing massage for three years now and is keen to keep upskilling throughout her massage career. She is interested in both scientific and spiritual approaches to allied health.
