Cancellation Policy
Please give us a call on 8598 9804 if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellation or rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. A $50 cancellation fee applies.

What is HICAPS?
HICAPS (Health Industry Claims and Payments Service), is a simple and fast electronic health claim system that enables people with private health funds to receive an instant rebate.
HICAPS covers most private health funds in Australia, and a large number of healthcare professionals.
How does it work?
HICAPS allows you to claim “on the spot” for Remedial Massage or Myotherapy by showing your health fund card when making the payment.
The HICAPS machine will process your claim directly, and then you just simply pay the gap amount depending on the cover you have. The whole process is quick and effortless.
