Lisa is originally from China where she studied Acupressure Massage & Chinese Traditional Medicine. Lisa is very passionate about Massage therapy and personally loves receiving treatment herself, she believes that Massage is one of the primary forms of medicine.
Using her clinical knowledge of anatomy and traditional Chinese meridians, Lisa’s intuitive palpation skills allow her to easily locate very specific areas of fascia and tissue where soreness has entered the body, causing restriction.
Lisa employs a variety of techniques such as TuiNa, trigger point release and PNF stretching to thoroughly release the area and assist the body to return to its natural function.
Lisa is always seeking to learn and develop as a practitioner and uses her creativity to assist each person attain the health and movement goals.
