Originally from the Ukraine, Konstantin has been raised with traditional Eastern medicine and a more holistic approach to life. With a lifetime of movement, and a deep interest in mobility and strength training, Kostya’s background in martial arts and military service has given him a deep understanding of biomechanics, movement and recovery.
Taking his love for the human body and what it is capable of, Kostya furthered his education in an Advanced Diploma of Remedial Massage and continues to develop his skills and education to lower the impact of daily stressors in life. Kostya uses his experience in relaxation techniques, cupping, trigger point therapy and myofascial release to relieve the symptoms and improve the overall quality of life.
Having worked extensively with people of all ages, dealing with migraines, soft tissue injuries, mobility issues, post-surgery, postural issues, sports performance and recovery. He has a deep-rooted belief in moderation and general well-being, and through his expertise relieves pain and stress related to everyday life.
