As a compassionate therapist, I have a deep understanding of the physical and emotional impact of pain and discomfort. Along with my commitment to expanding my knowledge and training in massage techniques and human anatomy, I lead a full life of fitness and well being outside of my work. My primary interest in health and fitness is inspired by hiking, swimming, gym, gardening and cooking.
