Chris brings a level of enthusiasm, curiosity and knowledge to all his clients seeking to learn about their history and educate them for the future. Chris started out as a personal trainer specialising in sports and high performance however he found himself spending more time rehabilitating clients’ old nagging injuries. In his quest for knowledge in rehabilitating clients, Chris has branched out from the standard model of treatment and sought to find answers from various professionals. This has seen him train both in Australia and abroad with internationally accredited Osteopaths, Chiropractors, Neurologists, Chinese medicine doctors and many more. It is through these experiences Chris brings his unique treating style to Stable.
Treatments with Chris will first start with his own evaluation process then he will take a case history and flow on from there. Some of the techniques that may be used in your session range from dry needling, cupping, trigger point therapy, postural restoration, human movement training, COT & OCF.
A quote from Chris “We all lead very busy lives and because of this we can often suffer from memory loss about our own injury history. That is why we have to ask the body what it needs and where it’s struggling first before we treat it. The best techniques are the ones the therapist is ready to give but also at the same time are the ones the client is ready to receive.”

“I visited here to relieve the pain from a slipped disc on my back. Chris assessed my condition and immediately found a problem and gave me a massage. My back got so much better on the next day. It was the best remedial massage experience.”

“Had my first session today. Chris was very helpful with info on areas he found I needed to work on and what I needed to do after my massage to assist with some of my niggles. The massage also was great. I’ll be booking in again. Thanks!”
