Cedrick is a progress-oriented Remedial Massage Therapist who prioritises performance and functional movement during his treatment. With his intention set on improving the long term health of each client, Cedrick aims to reduce the timeframe of recovery during each treatment.
Being an avid fan of martial arts, movement efficiency and force generation in sports activities led him to study manual therapy with remedial and sports massage as his base. Cedrick believes that during a treatment, each stroke and technique has a purpose.
