Rita has many years experience as a massage therapist, and also received a student excellence award in recognition of outstanding achievement through her diploma studies.
While firm pressure is Rita’s strength, she also takes great care to understand each individual’s pressure preferences, and does her best to match each client’s desired needs.
Rita enjoys working with clients to resolve chronic pain issues, restrictions of joint movement (most commonly in the neck and shoulder), headaches, tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis amongst other common issues. Her most regular treatment is the improvement of long term postural issues, as she has found that many of her client’s problems are caused by poor and unbalanced posture.
Over the years, she has also worked with several clients who present complicated and challenging health conditions. Rita aims to improve the overall health of the body with each session.
