Always been interested in movement. First with dance, qualified dance teacher back in Lithuania. Explored the passion into personal training. Knowing how the body works, and how everything is connected, decided to deepen the knowledge by studying Diploma of Remedial Massage.
One of the most important things that I learned through 5 years of experience as a personal trainer and now as a massage therapist. In order to feel and move good we have to let go first and then re-learn to create a positive tension in the body. In my opinion, posture is the number one thing that we need to address in order to prevent pains/aches/injuries.
