Pablo is an experienced Remedial Massage Therapist who brings a calm, grounded presence to every session. With a background in psychology and over eight years of experience in massage, mindfulness and yoga, Pablo takes a truly holistic approach to care.

Originally from Chile, Pablo spent over a decade working in the tourism industry and travelling through more than 35 countries. A personal turning point in 2017 led him to explore meditation, complete a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training in India, and begin a deeper journey into the connection between body and mind, ultimately guiding him into remedial massage and psychological studies.

Pablo holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), where his thesis focused on interoceptive awareness, the ability to sense internal bodily signals as a mechanism for mind–body integration. His training also includes breathwork, mindfulness facilitation, and trauma-informed care.

Clinically, Pablo supports clients in reducing pain, improving mobility and managing the effects of chronic stress and trauma. His treatments blend techniques such as Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Cupping, Trigger Point Therapy and Relaxation Massage—all delivered with a steady, considered approach. He creates a safe space for clients to reconnect with their bodies and feel truly supported in their healing journey.
