Nima is a Myotherapist and Remedial Massage Therapist with over a decade of experience in the fitness and personal training industry. His background in strength training, movement, and rehabilitation complements his clinical practice, with a focus on helping clients reduce pain, restore function, and move with confidence.
He enjoys working with a wide range of clients, from those experiencing everyday musculoskeletal pain and injuries to recreational and competitive strength and physique athletes. His approach combines hands-on Myotherapy and Remedial Massage, Myofascial Dry Needling (MDN), exercise prescription and movement-based rehabilitation, tailored to each individual.
