Luke is a qualified Exercise Scientist and experienced Remedial Massage Therapist who is currently studying a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Deakin University. Originally from rural Victoria, Luke believes massage therapy is a collaborative process between client and therapist.
Luke endeavours to put his clients into the best position for managing their own physical well-being long-term. He is always aiming to improve his ability to help his clients with their goals through continued learning and research and has completed placement as a research assistant with Victoria University.
With experience in traditional Chinese Massage and Remedial Massage, Luke brings his own style that is both human and scientific. He aims to treat an affected area while maintaining a holistic attitude towards the treatment. Techniques include acupressure, dry needling, myofascial release, cupping, muscle energy technique (MET stretches) and trigger point therapy. Outside of massage Luke is a keen beach volleyball player who also loves going to the gym and hanging out with his dog Billy.
