Klaudia is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and an accredited member of Massage & Myotherapy Australia. With a diploma from MAX Therapy Institute, she is capable of providing various types of massage for remedial, deep tissue, relaxation (Swedish), sports, as well as reflexology, lymphatic drainage therapy, and pregnancy massage.
She enjoys working with people and has an immense passion for health and wellness, she strongly believes that Remedial Massage Therapy is a fantastic tool that brings positive impact to our body and simultaneously helps maintaining and improving our mental health. Her great understanding of human anatomy and physiology helps her holistic approach to formulate tailored treatment plans which not only cater the treatment for presented symptoms but also address the importance of further treatment.
Klaudia likes to combine her wide knowledge of effective modalities in her treatments; such as myofascial techniques, trigger point release, passive joint/tissue movement, fascial release, muscle activation techniques, and positional release.
