Joel’s interest in manual therapies started when he began offering massages for his parents for pocket money. He then became fascinated by the human body, the benefits of massage and complementary modalities (e.g. acupuncture, shiatsu and reflexology).
In addition to being a practicing lawyer, Joel completed his Diploma in Remedial Massage, thus rediscovering his passion for bodywork. After receiving his diploma, he trained in myofascial cupping and dry needling, and he is dedicated to continue learning to better support his clients’ wellbeing.
Treating a diverse range of clients, Joel understands the importance of tailored treatment plans. He takes a holistic approach, and uses a variety of techniques to address soft tissue dysfunction and restore optimal and pain-free movement.
Away from the office and clinic, Joel enjoys exploring primal and gymnastic movement, practicing yoga, cycling and outdoor adventure sports.
