Jana completed her Diploma in Remedial Massage in 2015 and also holds a Bachelor in Contemporary Dance. Coming from a dance background, she has always had an awareness of the body and a keen interest in anatomy.
Jana takes a holistic approach with her clients and believes everything is deeply connected, and therefore likes to treat the body as a whole.
Jana has a firm intuitive flowing touch and has a particular interest in helping with lower back pain through deep core work. She has a versatile style, and numerous trained techniques.
As well as Deep Tissue Massage techniques she will also include the following during a treatment, based on your needs: mobilisations, dry needling, cupping, Ultrasound Therapy, MET (muscle energy techniques), assisted stretching and trigger point therapy.
Outside of work you will find Jana enjoying time with her daughter, attending dance classes and strength training sessions to keep up her fitness for work and health.
