Hayley is a dedicated remedial massage therapist with 2 years of experience. She has a keen interest in treating headaches, hip and lower back pain, and specialises in referrals for headaches that stem from neck issues. Her expertise includes a wide range of therapies, such as head massage, neck massage, back massage, shoulder massage, knee therapy, foot massage, and TMJ therapy for jaw pain. She also offers treatments for thoracic outlet syndrome, sciatica, musculoskeletal conditions, plantar fasciitis, and provides trigger point therapy, myofascial release, pregnancy massage, reflexology, and lymphatic drainage.
Hayley is currently continuing her studies in myotherapy and is keen to become an osteopath in the coming years. Outside of her practice, she is an active basketball referee, a role she passionately undertakes every week.
