After sustaining a string of sporting injuries, Chen developed a keen interest in massage during his recovery process. He was amazed at the skill which was used to help his body recover and achieve balance.
Originally from Queensland, staying healthy is now Chen’s top priority in life. He has tried different diets (carnivore, keto, fasting…) and spends at least an hour meditating every day.
This is why he derives so much satisfaction from helping his clients improve their long-term health.
