As a massage therapist, Alex uses a variety of techniques to cater to each individual’s needs, including deep tissue, Swedish or relaxation, trigger point therapy, dry needling, and cupping therapy. His goal is to help clients achieve faster muscle recovery, reduce soreness after exercise, improve mobility, find relaxation, and cultivate a deeper connection to their bodies throughout the course of treatment.
Each session is individually tailored to relieve pain, restore balance, and promote lasting wellbeing.
