Covid-19 and Stable
Prior to attending our clinic for a treatment, you will be asked to fill out a health screening form. This is part of our Covid Safe Plan. You can access the form here: https://forms.gle/kJoZAEvYemamPRXw8. There are also QR codes on display in the clinic reception areas which will direct you to the form. Simply use your smartphone camera to scan the QR code. Your therapist will ask you to show a confirmation of completion.

Please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled treatment.
As Stable Health is a practitioner-run clinic, we do not have a receptionist on duty.
New clients will need to fill out injury/treatment form at the front desk.
All treatments conclude at the scheduled time.
For after hours appointments you will be provided a key code via sms to enter the clinic.
Please be advised we only accept payment by card. All major cards are accepted.

Cancellation or rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. A $50 cancellation fee applies. Please note: confirmation of an appointment is acknowledgement of this cancellation policy.

HICAPS allows you to claim “on the spot” for Remedial Massage or Myotherapy by showing your health fund card when making the payment.
The HICAPS machine will process your claim directly, and then you just simply pay the gap amount depending on the cover you have. The whole process is quick and effortless.
