Whether this is your first triathlon or you’re a seasoned competitor, having a smart recovery and performance plan is essential. Our Ironman Massage Package is designed to prepare your body for race day and help you recover faster afterward.

We understand every athlete’s journey is unique. That’s why this package gives you the flexibility to choose when you need support most. Use one session before the race to loosen tight muscles and improve mobility, and the second session afterward to accelerate recovery, or customise both sessions to suit your training schedule.

What’s Included:

  • Two x 1-Hour Weekday Massage Sessions

Complete Flexibility: Use the sessions whenever you need within the three-month validity period.
Personalised Care: Our experienced therapists will tailor each session to your specific needs as a triathlete—covering swimming, cycling, and running muscles.
Usage: Both sessions must be used by the same person; not transferable.
Appointments: Weekday appointments only.
Therapist Conditions: Valid with regular therapists only; appointments with Marcus at our St Kilda clinic are excluded. If you would like to book with a senior therapist, please contact us directly (additional charges may apply).
